hey lovely to hear from you again
well i am fine thanks. but busy as always with work and exercise. we will not launch BC37 until end of next month! yes very late!! but we have refurbishment works at our gym and they are busy building a new studio! :) so i hope it will be worth the wait. we will not launch until work is complete.
until then we are still doing BC36 in the sports hall which is not good because they have restricted the volume of the music because of complaints form other people who use the hall at same time!
wow are you going to join the army? i bet you will still look cute in uniform! ;)
good luck with your exam! will you need to do marching up and down and learn to shoot gun as well?

great to hear from you again
sorry to hear weather not so good in brazil! it is nice and sunny here today..and maybe for whole weekend too :) but summer has not been good in general this year in UK :(
we think that it is always hot in brazil and everybody lives at the beach! which of course cannot be true :) haha
i would love to visit brazil again. i have only been to rio...but the country is so large - so i expect there are many different environments and nice places to visit. i really would like to see igusu falls. i have seen photos and it looks magnificent!
yes i agree it is cool addiction! :)
the launch went well and was well recieved by the members. it was fun because my colleague and i dressed up especially this time a muay thai warriors! ...and that made many people smile :) we do not normally have costumes for launches...so i think we will do this onwards! ;)
next month i will visit my friends from this website in stockholm sweden for their super quarterly workshop "Super Saturday" where i will do BC37 with Dan! that will be so cool! :)
