Hey Lisa, what's up? Enjoyed meeting you at the Woodstock Q in April, wish we'd had a chance to talk more, but we were both pretty busy. By the way, great job with the Master Class, I really enjoyed it! You trained a friend of mine (Karen) from Auburn for RPM several months back. I've had a chance to take a couple of here classes and she's doing a great job! She really enjoyed you as a trainer! Keep up the great work and keep Turnin' It Up!

Good to see you again! I tried to catch up again after the ride, but you slipped off. What's been happening? Still chillin in atlanta?

Hi Lisa,
You were my RPM trainer in June, and though I had taken your classes before at the Quarterlies in Hotlanta, nothing compared to how brutual you are one to one. However, I want to thank you for helping me correct my ride, find my maximum killer resistance, and perfect my ability to pray through even a Motley Crew tune during a class! You are awesome, and I hate I missed Tampa as well. Take care and keep in touch.

Hi, Lisa! Hope all is well. I'm so bummed that I was unable to attend the Tampa Q! Tony said that he had a blast, and that you and Mark D. were awesome! I'm so looking foward to the new release. Tony said it is really good, and that his "theme song" is on this release (track 8, :P) Well, I hope to get to a Q soon. I had to choose between going to the Q this month or going to a nursing convention in September (woo hoo!)
