Qualified To Teach

RPM training was AWESOME!!! I am super excited to be bringing this program to our club, adding one more amazing Les Mills class to our schedule. Bring it on.

Love being part of the energy and enthusiasm of Les Mills. Being able to help people reach their fitness goals and change their lives is amazing, and so rewarding.

As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for health and fitness at every age, I love what I do. My life is full with a supportive husband (20 years in June!!), two fantastic kids, our small farm, working at the club... Eating bon-bons and watching soaps? I think not.

Hey, in keeping with my gansta-ness, check this out, a good way for you to learn how to better use gansta-slang in a sentence. This is an important skill. Use it with your children, preferably in front of their friends.
