Qualified To Teach

Just got back from the North American Trainers Summit. TALK ABOUT LIFE CHANGING!!!! What a sight to see... a sea of over 850 BodyPump bars moving in unity as "ONE TRIBE". All of us with the same goal of creating Life changing fitness experiences everywhere-everytime!!!! The New Zealand team was more then INSPIRING, they were UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I know for a fact that they touched each and everyone of us in that huge Gold's Gym arena by giving us something special to take back to our clubs and communities.
The Les Mills North East team and the Mid Atlantic team joined forces to put together an awesome experience for us all--THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

I teach BodyJam and BodyPump at the Arena Club in Bel Air Maryland. BodyVive is my next program goal.

I'm a National Trainer and Presenter for both BodyPump and BodyJam and was just recently named ProTrainer for North America under the leadership of our new North American Program Coach Mysti Ogelsby.

September 12-13 IFBB Atlantic City Pro-Figure Competition (yikes-I'm really getting back on the big stage-good thing I saved my sparkly shoes!!!)
October 4-6 BodyPump Training Midlothian VA

So nice to meet you Lydia!! You are one driven woman!! Just talking with you gave me a little push to realize that I CAN reach some of those fitness goals that I thought were unattainable!!

I also learned that you CAN have a fridge in your room when you travel (hahaha)!! Glad your eggs weren't bad cuz I would have felt terrible!

You can bet that if I make it up your way I'm giving you a call! Fleming's potatoes will be on order big time!
