I LOVE this time of year! Summer is almost here!!! Everyone is excited about getting in shape...the gym is packed...our RPM room is packed! I LOVE IT! I hope that 2008 is the year that you make YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE!

Hello!
I have always loved lifting, running, and group fitness classes. I taught free style step and spin in the past and found LM's RPM program a bit challenging to learn at first (it's a lot!) but I am not one to back down! I LOVE RPM!!! What an awesome way to jump back in to instructing! I am lovin every minute of it!

My son, Maddox, is now 17 months old!! I can't believe it. He is SO much fun!!
My husband is my rock and the best dad ever!

I also run a home-based business in the health and wellness industry. Would you believe I earned a FREE Mercedes from the company??!!! (I am on my 2nd FREE Benz!!) I truly love what I do!

If you want to know anything else, just ask!
