Qualified To Teach

Hey all! So, I've been teaching fitness on and off for the last ??? never mind how many years. I have taught freestyle and Les Mills and P.E. in an elementary school! How wild is that? As far as Les Mills, which I love love love, I have been teaching BodyFlow for over a year and BodyVive for the last 6 or 7 months. Right now I teach at Gold's Redmond and Issaquah, and desperately want Issaquah to add Vive. I passionately believe in both programs and tell my participants that if they don't share my joy in the class, then I am not doing my job. Obviously certified in both programs. YAY! Taping days are behind me!!!!
I've worked super hard to build my Flow class, and I am working super hard to find the Vive audience and infuse them with my joy and energy and passion. Believe me, I have lots of all three. I also teach yoga and water aerobics. Looking for a Les Mills water aerobics program.
When I'm not thinking Les Mills, I am home dealing with and loving my family. My sons are following in my fitness footsteps. My oldest, 14, just placed 4th in the middle school district in wrestling. My youngest, 6, is learning to jump rope and just learned to ride his bike. We all have our journeys :D.
Most days I love my life, I love what I do, and I want more more more.

5 days until our 3rd quarterly can't wait to see what Vive holds in store the song list looks great.

Hi Leslie,
Always happy to hear from another 'viver'! I'm not sure who Nancy is, but please tell her to come up to me next time she is in class. We started with Vive 2, and it had a slow beginning. Numbers started to pick up with release 4, and we are doing well with 5--about 20 to 30 people in some of the time slots. Right now our biggest problem is getting instructors certified; there aren't many clubs in NJ that have Vive (they don't know what they are missing!) Modules are few and far between. We will be launching Vive 6 on May 7! How is the program working in WA?

Congrats on becoming fully certified in BV. I've still to do my video. Wanted to do it 2 weeks ago but our GFM is going on holidays soon and didn't want to do it so now I'll have to wait until she gets back in April. Oh well.

Hope all is well, all good here. Vive classes are going extremely well.

Hey Leslie, you are totally Welcome for the
heads up and Thank you for sending her a b-day message and your info too. That is cute how you get your hubby to remember that date.
I am hoping to teach Vive in a couple of weeks with the video submitted along with it.
I did not know that they are coming out with an aqua program, that will be cool. I do hope that you will get to come down to Texas soon and if not we will probably meet at an upcoming LM event! Wow our 1st 2008 Q is in Houston on March 29th & 30th at the NASA club.
