Update 4/3/08
It's official, got my results two days ago. I'm a certified Vive Instructor. Each release continues to get better. I taught bv6 for the first time this morning, I love to look out at the smiling faces and see the participants enjoying themselves. I give BV 6 the HIGH VIVE!!!

Update 2/19/08
RPM is still going strong, and VIVE is growing!!! I love teaching both, and I must say, Vive continues to be a challenge for me. I recommend everyone try a class, you'd be amazed at the sweat you work up!!! I think my favorite track is the interactive cardio. I love the idea behind getting the class to interact with each other. How many people go to the same class, stand in the same spot, next to the same people, and never even speak? I definately think that a key component to exercise adherence is having a partner, and interactive cardio is the base for such bonds!!! Eagerly awaiting BV 6, and RPM 38!!!

Update 1/13/08
Well, we lauched VIVE at our club yesterday morning, it was very well received. Our club has recently gone through some major changes, and with all the new members, I think it is going to continue to do well.
RPM has really taken off, the recent buyout has (as I mentioned earlier) brought in a ton of new members who had never had indoor cylcing of any kind, and they have all fallen in love, but of course it's rpm, so how could you not!!!
Hope everyone had a happy and safe new year, and continue to turn it up in '08

Guess it's about time to update. Going through VIVE training this weekend w/ Susan Laney, I am excited and nervous at the same time. The only format I have ever taught is indoor cycle, so this will be a totally new experience for me. I can't wait to work with Susan though, her energy is infectious.
Also eagerly awaiting the arrival of RPM 37!!!

Well, I passed the training Module for BodyVIVE!!!
Thank you so much to Susan Laney for being an amazing and inspriational trainer. I have to say that at the start of the training on Friday AM I thought I was in way over my head. The only format I teach is RPM, and lets face it, you don't need a whole lot of coordination to ride a stationary bike!!:) I have absolutely no background of any kind in dance or anything else, so this was way outside my comfort zone. But we had an amazing goup, and everyone helped me out, and I not only completed the weekend, but passed to top it all off.
Also, I just wanted to thank everyone for making my Birthday so special.
