My Favourite Programs

Started Body Combat a little while ago and left due to health reasons but returned to BC 32, Love BC 35 and it really works you hard, 100+ kicks in track 4 and nice muay thai moves!!!!

I'm a black belt in WTF style Tae Kwon Do (1st dan) and have practised since 16. Now currently aiming to achieve 2nd dan this summer in a way the two really complement each other! Even my instructor has noticed some positive changes in my technique. Great!!!!

Recently tried Body Jam 44 and soon re-discovered my old skool club vibes!!! The choreography is great but my heart and lungs need to catch up though. If only my dance teachers could see me now!!!!

I work as a staff nurse in a private hospital (I can't say where though, but it's here in the UK) and I'm absolutely loving it!!!! I hope to be there for a very long time!!!!

So are all you Body Combaters and Jamers enjoying the new releases? I'm loving them!!!!! and I hope you are too.

Dave	Hey, glad you passed. Good for you! Things are still going strong with another local club adding to their BTS timetable which means more classes for me! Can't believe the classes are still full this long after xmas too. Must be doing something right. Hope all ok with you too. See ya around. Looking forward to QW1 for 2008! X
