Hi darling how are you, sorry I missed your birthday. Happy birthday a bit delayed :) Did you have a big party? Had any nice trips lately? Did you go to Stockholm for supersaturday? I didnt... So where on this planet are you situated now then : ) I mean you always travel a looot hehe.

What do you think about the new releases then? Hi baby, how are you doing? Only 3 more days at work then I go to Mallorca for 2 weeks :) Really looking forward to it...

I also look forward to the new releases we are starting this week, monday bodystep, tuesday bodycombat and wednesday bodypump. Have you started them yet? what do you think about them?

I also put up a new picture with me and 2 girls I meet yesterday on a club here in Helsingborg... I have changed my hair a bit :)

So what your plans for the summer now? I will be in Mallorca for 2 weeks then work 1 week and then 4 more weeks off from work : ) Week 28-31 I have nothing planned yet! Maybe you should come visit? ; ) Ciao Henrik

Hi haha I laughed out loud when I saw the pictures. You must have been boiling over in that costume : ) Whose idea was that? It looks fun and I´m sure that the crowd appreciated it! Has Mr Hefner called maybe : ) Maybe he needs a new bunny hehe.

Well I did 9 classes last week so I was pretty satisfied with my own work at the gym. I was free from work thursday-monday and I trained every morning besides sunday. In the afternoon I laid on my balcony working on my tan, it was soo lovely weather here. 23-27 degrees in the sun! So I´m looking preety suntanned right now : )

Started to work again today, one is lucky to have a job these days now! Things are running slow here too now. I wonder what is going to happen? Now its not even 2 months until I go to Mallorca, yeeeah! I will be there 11-25 of June if you would like to come on down too ;)

How is things at school then? Last year now or will you be studying next year too? Have you been abroad again maybe or what has happend since last time? Speak soon again I hope, take care, love Henrik
