Qualified To Teach

Wow, where do I begin? None of the people I work with will believe this, but I used to be incredibly shy! I had a weight problem as a teen & exercise was my salvation.
I was a member at a club that announced they were looking for new instructors. Although I was scared & very self-concious, I decided to give it a try. It was a huge struggle for me the first few years, but I loved helping others & staying in shape myself.
Then I moved to GR & found Combat & Pump. My body took on a whole new shape! After 2 pregnancies & 3 kids, I still love my job. It has changed me in so many ways. And I love that my job is flexible & I can work it around my family's schedule. Girls Rule!!

Hey Marquita, I am doing Great and Thank you for your info too! Our New Music Release Launch for all the programs is in the middle October. Nov. 26th is mine. So what's the weather like up there now and have you been to Texas? Hope to hear from ya soon.

Hi Marquita Balance is called Flow in the USA
because i think there is a product called balance and it was going to cost too much to keep the name so they changed it,it's called something else i Japan to.
Our next quarterly is SEP14 and we usually launch 2~3 weeks later,i am looking forward to the next lot,i hope they are just as good .
What are you up to this weekend?It's my sons9th birthday on Mon,so we are having a party for him,that should be fun!We will take a trip to the cinema to,i hope you have a good weekend,take care.Bx

I am doing well!! Just busy as all get out like always!! How does your tuesday look?! Pool around 1pm? Let me know if that works for you and hopefully it will for Mother Nature too!! I have just been working, walking the dog, planning the wedding and supporting JJ with his fight and training which is now done!! We need to catch up its been too long!! Let me know if that works and if the weather is bad I can just come over so you don't have to leave the kids unless you want to?
