pump 72 is awesum, u'l LOVE it, specially the bicep track...i really love the remake of the cool down track too, but i dont wanna give too much away!!Hendrix is alright?...im not gunna say a word...haha....well, the stones are ok, have got a few good hits, but im a beatles grrl myself, or black sabbath...i love music yaya.Kashmir...one of the BEST intros EVER!!!gawd, i wanna go home and pump up the tunes now hahah!!have fun, happy pumping and i cant wait till u join the combat crew!!

I teach at two venues. At one gym I teach Bodystep and Bodypump and at the other gym I teach Bodycombat.
I love it too! It is just some kind of magic when all the people in your class are enthusiastic and having fun!
I am probably going to New Zealand 1st February till June for an internship and I am definitely going to visit Les Mills in Auckland! When I come back I have my certificate for Bodystep 2 years and want to try to get in the trainersteam here in Holland.

Hi Matthew,
Haha it isn't that hard. I am a student, so I learn fast.. Sometimes I teach Bodypump aswell so I have to learn 3 programmes..
BodyCombat is very though but very very nice!!
I hope you enjoy your course :D
