Gold's Gym in Bismarck, ND has the best people! There were 9 brand new Les Mills peeps going through 3 days of BODYPUMP. Every single one of them worked sooooooo hard its not even funny! Plus they all had me rolling at times bc they are damn funny!!! ;)

Good luck with launching at your club and with bringing on your next 2 programs! Be sure to check this team out if you are in the area!

Thx Margo! I had a good day. I've got a couple run races in Sept and the big finale in Oct. What's on tap for the weekend? I am heading to OH for an RPM training. I am glad I am getting one more in before the summit. You all set for summit? 2 weeks and counting! My goal is to get to know other trainers and not just what programs they train in! Don't be surprised if I grab your ear. :-) Have a great weekend!
