I am fostering 19 cats/ kittens. 10 of them are sick and need lots of care.

Our team from Gold's is working hard on getting BodyPUMP 66 down. We are getting ready to do our videos..so x-cited!

BodyPUMP 66 release rocks!
I am an 80's Gal... Track 3 & 5 are from the 80's..."Get-up" - Technotronic and "Time After Time" originally peformed by Cyndi Lauper.

Got tested on the Back & Shoulder track.
Track 8 was rockin' with the heavy bass beats! They were so heavy I was boppin up and down which is more suitable for BODYJAM. The tune makes me think of robots in a march to victory!

Excited to go to the Super Q in NY. It will be my first. If anyone has any insight that they would like to share, please do so!!

I have been in the field of fitness for 26 years and loving it. I was surprised that I have not heard of Les Mills until this year.

Married 14 years to a husband that supports me in all my craziness!

I am a Chiropractor & a personal trainer. I volunteer and foster cats/kittens at www.littleshelter.com , a local no-kill animal shelter.

I have competed in Bodybuilding and Fitness in the www.inbf.net in 94-95 , '98-'03 and Pro Figure in www.wnbf.net in '01-'03.
