Please tell me you got my message last night (umm, I mean this morning)...haha! Seriously, how much do we owe you? I can't believe that didn't even cross my mind until we were almost home. Too funny! I'll leave it in the Group Fitness Binder in Cary so you can have it bright and early Tuesday morning if I don't make it to Attack. I'm going to try my best to be there. Can't wait to do it again sometime. Drinks on me :)

I am going to tape on Monday the 14th but thanks for the offer. Have you gotten any more practice with 61? I haven't but I plan to focus on it more next week. Enjoy your 4th of July.

Hey Meagan such a cute picture. Looks like I may be hanging around for a little longer. If I can get my tape done at SXF I may need to come to APEX to tape. Also I just watched 61 I really like it. Time to get to work on that so let me know if you want to get together and practice. I know I'll probably be picking up some sub work but since I was suppose to be gone I've given up all my classes which will free me up to focus on learning the new stuff so I'm pretty open during the week to practice.

It was funny, I was scrolling down through my messages, and I stopped (the yellow top is catchy!) and said "who is this?" WOW you look awesome. I am not just saying that! Funny how we look so different outside the gym, isn't it? You have really toned or something, could be the vacation smile too! I need to download some different pics, just no time, maybe after my video!!! Ha!
Can I do tracks 7-11 on Tuesday morning? I am going to team teach with Allison in Apex at 10 that same day; I will let you know how crazy that is afterwards. Does ANYONE Do that? I just got to freak out stage tonight, realizing that I will be gone for a week and a half in July. Can we team teach each Tues AM until I can submit my video? Thanks for all your help. Oh, did you get your release 61? Sorry I didn't even put your name on it, but the girl said she would give it to you. We went boating (Todd and I needed a break from everything) on Thursday night. Thanks for letting me borrow it. I did it 2x before quarterly which helped a ton. Trisha

Hey Megan! That sounds fantastic! I agree, 7-9 is gonna be the death of me, so the more practice, the better (hopefully)! What kind of battery do I need to bring? Does the new mic need 1 or 2 batteries? Just let me know and in the meantime, I'll plan on 5-9 and cooldown. Thanks again for asking me to team with you!
