Hello to all my friends,

I am a fitness junkie who loves to share the passion with anyone who will listen. In my spare time I run two Surf Shops and hang out at my daughter's many swim practices. It is a wonderful life that I wouldn't change for the world.

Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes. A friend once told me that. Keep striving for more and you will never grow bored.

Nicole	helllllllooo!! good grief! I meant to email you back sooner, but then I forgot! 'Sometimers' is setting in! Well cool- august 4-9- are you gonna come and visit us? On 08-08-2008 evening we are having an event called 'Jammin' 4 Joy' to support the Tucson Boys and Girls Club- wanna come? o/w My schedule is.... Tuesday 535 BS, Thurs 535 BA, sat 1025 BS.
