The quickest way to change your shape is to lift. Try adding PUMP twice a week to your cardio. As for food - obviously lean protein (chicken, whey protein, fish, flank steak, maybe a bit of natural organic peanut butter) at every meal. 5 smaller meals a day and loads of water - take your weight divide by 2 and that is your minimum number of ounces of water you need to drink each day. Just a guess on calories, but you could probably aim for 1600-1700 calories per day. Hope this helps!
