Hi Michael,
Oh my gosh you teach ALL those programmes...I would go mad!!!
I'm a Stepper, love the up-lifting music and funky moves...so much fun. And when I want to feel like a "tough girl " I BodyPump or I watch the BodyCombatters....they always have the "tough guy attitude"
That's a pretty tricky group Press up.......ummmm I might try that!
Hope your classes are kickin some butt.
