AUSSIE! AUSSIE! AUSSIE!
OY! OY! OY!

I'm a 26-year-old displaced Australian BodyPump and BodyCombat instructor, currently living in Orange County, California.

I started with BodyPump training in 2005, with no instructing experience, and added BodyCombat just recently in October 2007. I love these programs, being a part of the Les Mills global community, and I just love my classes and participants.

BodyPump was my first Les Mills love, and I have loved every second of participating in and instructing in this program. No matter the mood I'm in, getting up there and working with my classes to push themselves and have fun for that hour always cheers me up, and I love seeing their progress, enjoyment, and even grimaces! (In fact, I think I like those best. LOL!)

My friend Natalie and I are starting BodyCombat from scratch at Custom Bodies Fitness in Irvine, and it is so amazing seeing these members experience the program for the first time and just falling in love with it, and making great strides in their fitness and technique in such a short amount of time. I can't wait to see where they are in six months and how far I know they will come.

If you ever wanna stop by, I teach at Gold's Gym in Huntington Beach (BP on Monday nights at 6.30pm, and Thursday mornings at 5.15am) and Custom Bodies in Irvine (BodyCombat on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 8.15am.)

No, the club where I work is always running late. We launched BC#35(!) three weeks ago...really!!! But that doesn't matter because our members don't know the number of actual programs LOL

Cool, your efforts for new releases. We should begin to do similar things. It seems to be funny =)

Hey Michele:-)

I find this video on youtube, I think it is cool, and very inspireing for every matrial artist;-): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uj2cQhxy6sY&feature=rec-fresh. This man is my goul;-)!!!
Anyway, yesterday, and next week, it wos, and is only BC-37:-D!!! Very cool. I am very happy that I am as good trained as I am, becous it is a strong, and very cool realise;-). Self after I convinced to Karate, I will still stay in for BC, becous of the alternativ matrial art-training, you don't get in Kyokushin karate. Like hight cardio-training. And both are boulding very mutch up against eatch-ather. That is very cool:-)

Have a nice weakend, I hope you are still ok:-)

Hi Michele:-)

I wish to hear your upiniun about this, in capoeira, we get three different basic kicks, what do you think about this two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p-9QPo13Bvc&feature=related (drop the weal-part;-)!), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ei8uduKe7M4&feature=related .
All of them have to be bould up over the track, to be more safer and be a bigger chance for sucscess. There is three basic kicks in capoeira, this are two of them, the last could I not find.

I wish your first ideas about them:-)

Hi michele:-)

B.C-37 have the little must that all the ather realises before have loost. Special before 35. The cardio-training and kicks is given highter priority:-D. Alternativ capoeira-moves, that is alvays cool becous of capoeira is so excotic and non-vielent matrial art, where the roda is in focus;-). Capoeira is so unic becous it have so mutch to offer and mutch seacrets. Like muay thai;-). It is stronger for the total Body:-D. And that is, after my upininniun, the most importent part in the training. This time B.C give potential to be stronger over the hole body. Becous of many kicks, deap gingas, lounges. And at the end sit-ups and push-ups;-)... I realy love this realise. But the clue is that I can't be at two plases at the same time. And the Karate-training is so cool that I don't can scip it. Have you traied to training clean matrial arts? In Kyokushin, it is the first goul, for everyone, to get the black belt. And the members who have the black belt, have mutch to fight for. It is a quality task to have this belt. Only the hardest and touthest get it. I hear roumers about the gradiation take about 10 houres;-).... And the members who are going up to this, must have higth qualitys. For more info, look at the home-pages for Kyokushin Karate;-)...

Have a nice day:-)

Now it is don, I started up with Kyokushin Kai Karate training after dismissed 11 years:-D!!!! It wos great training and very funny. The first and I will seriusly miss B.C. But the clue is that most priortyed class going when the B.C-class is running... That is not good, becous I wished I could cross-trained this two stiles.
