Hey! Thanks for thinking of me! I will be there Thursday if I am awake! I've been teaching alot, and Thursdays I teach a 5:40am pump, and a double zumba at night so I've skipped Bodycombat the last few weeks! I need flow desperately! my hips flexors are killing me.

I made it back to Roch... and I am working at a Gold's Gym here... I am starting personal training next week. Hopefully I can find lots of clients that like to work out like crazy.

OMG!!! How much have my girls grown??? Tell them they are gorgeous and I miss them!
No Sunday for me. We're just really too busy on the weekends anymore and I'm burnt out right now. The new school has been an adjustment, a good one, but it has me wiped and Sundays are just too tough.
