So sorry it has taken me a month to reply back to the message you sent me last month, been busy w/ b-day messages, work and such. Anyway you are totally Welcome for the b-day info and
as they say I'm Crazy about the LM programs and I care about those that share the same love for the LM programs, so I will go the extra mile to make sure that everyone's Birthday is Celebrated! BTW, Thanks for your info and also the kind words too! So sorry I missed out on your Birthday, won't happen next year. I enjoyed reading your profile and your pics look cool too. So have you been to Texas?

Glad you are liking the new releases! I haven't heard most of them ... not a lot of Les Mills down here!!! Thank you for the compliments. Teaching PUMP a lot, still searching for RPM! Auditions went well ... on the sub lists! Unfortunately .... Erie, Loveland and Fort Collins are so far!!!

Hey my friend,
Thanks for the nice birthday message. What a nice surprise! Not thrilled about turning 45, but what the heck......so far I love my 40's.
I'm heading to your neck of the woods tomorrow (sort of) to train PUMP. I think I'm at Village Fitness in Castle Rock, Colorado. Not exactly sure where that is......somewhere between Denver and Colorado Springs?
