Summer is here - so if you are visiting the beach in Delaware or are a skip/hop away come to Gold's and take some of our awesome Les Mills classes at the BEACH!

Who am I? Lots of things....
they call me: athletic, funny, hardcore, nice, strong, awesome, cool (just to name the good ones) but first of all I'm a MOM of two boys Marco (5) and Lucas (4) then
Les Mills Instructor, Personal Trainer... my profession (out side of the gym) Foreign Language Correspondent. Spend most of my life in Germany. I moved to the USA with my Superman Husband Joe, 6 years ago.

My Word of advice: BE STRONG and GET STRONGER!

Been traveling like a lunatic for work but got to take or team classes at 4 clubs in 3 states, how cool is that?
Home and just working/teaching for 5 whole weeks before hitting the road again

1 week on the South Island, crossed to Wellington yesterday and off to Auckland later today. Phew!!! Too much to see and do - all beautiful!!!

I could definitely be convinced to stay... : )
