How was the Super Q? The pictures I have seen looks like it was an amazing time! I sooooo wish I could have gone, especially since everyone got to meet Jackie Mills....next time! Let me know when things get settled with you so that we can meet up for lunch or a girl's night dinner. Hope your daughter enjoys her school year and new teacher.

It was so great to see you again at the Super Q in NY! The BF Intensive with Jackie and all you trainers was incredible!!! What an experience......amazing! Enjoy what is left of summer.

I would LOVE my own Flow class but I'm getting married in January (I got engaged pretty soon after BF training) and I want to wait until that's out of the way until I commit to another class (I'm already up to 4 BP's a week on top of teaching school all day). But don't worry, I love Flow and I can't wait to have my very own group!
I'm really excited about becoming a trainer, but as of right now, they're not accepting applicants so it's just a lot of waiting. How did you go about it?
