This is very much like FACEBOOK hey..and equally addictive! If you wanna, you can catch me on there. I know, I know. I'm addicted! Ha.

I'm an Aussie mum with 2 beautiful kids.

I used to model..but gave that up once bub number 2 came along in November 05. My son is 12! Insane...I know.

As of late I have been getting into body building/sculpting and loving it! Not loving the diet so much, but the training is great. Loving the body that comes with it all! Its such hard work, but who doesnt love a great set of calves and washboard abs? Haha.

I worked in radio for 2 years as promotions coordinator, driving around in the promo vehicle & giving out free stuff (amongst other things)...that was heaps fun!

So yeah.. Im the typical model/promo chick/fitness gal! Lol.

We recently moved from Adelaide back to Tasmania, I'm happy to be back here although i do miss Adelaide terribly!

One thing that I have never given up has been instructing!

I'm working at Health & Fitness World, Feelgood Fitness and Fernwood.
I have been teaching Jam for about 9 years now (since the days of Pete Leo!)...and I really love it.
Although my focus at the moment is Balance and soon to be combat as well.

When Im up in Launceston I always head to Theogenes to catch up with my bestest buddy Jodie Austin who is the GFM. I Miss You BABE!!! We used to ROCK Body Jam together all the time. Now its every now and then, still..better than never!
