Naah, it's an Attack-profile I think. But it's called "Les Mills"-something in the list and I chose it cause it's b/w. :D
Combat forever! :P

Hi Mel:-)
I can see there is many here, included you, who mix Body Attack, Body Pump with Body Combat. I am training Body Combat self, but mix it with Body Step and Body Pump. Is there anything in Body Attick who make Body Combat better or atherwice. I have notic that Body Step and Body Combat building up around eatch ather. I have traied Body Attack my self but not over a longer periode so I can not say same more about it.
Have a nice day:-)

Hi Mel - it's lovely to hear from you. Wow - you're still teaching Combat up until now in your pregnancy. Baby will be sure to know all the moves for the LM programs you teach.
I hope you and your family have a lovely Easter and the weather is kind to you.
