Qualified To Teach

Hey everyone:

I am currently the GFM at the YMCA in Dover DE and things are going sweetly!

I helped them bring in and launch Pump and Attack. Soon to add Flow (my first and favorite prgram). I would love to see them all here one day.

Anyway, I am married to a military man (AF). He is a great guy. We were high school sweethearts. Been together 16 glorious years and have 2 wonderful daughters. Maddison 11 and MaKenna 6. My husband flies a ton, so I play single mom a lot. That keeps me busy and on my toes. All good~

I need to add a shout out to the club that got me hooked on LesMills. Hendick Health Club in TX. What an awesome club that is. They rock out with Group X! It was a pleasure to be a part of that team and I miss them tons.

I have tons more I could tell you, but out of time.

Susan	HI Michelle I totally understand your pain... I had a stress fracture 2 years ago of my right fibula...painful!!! Rest up....you will be back in no time but take care not to push it. Heal and then you will be back with a passion! Susan

Christopher	Hey hey! Glad to hear things are going so great! Ft. Worth is booming as usual. Just lots of teaching, clients, working on CEUS and getting gear up for Dallas Mania and the QW's in the Winter. I need to make it up towards your area some day. Some traveling needs to be on this boys schedule. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hey Michelle! So Great to hear from you! Seems like we are so close yet so far away from each other with me in Salisbury and you in Dover. Glad to hear that you are bringing on BF. Let me know how it goes. It is hard when you are not teaching the classes you love (I know, I went a while until I got Olympia to bring on programs and now I have been teaching non-stop!!!). Jacob	Hi Michelle! Things are moving along quite well here! Busy as usual...but that keeps me (mostly) out of trouble! I loved Flow training! We had Laura Lynn M. She was awesome! I'm glad your gym is adding it so you can get back into it! Are you going to be able to make it to the Super Q?? It would be great to see ya! J
