Hey Clare!!! You're back already. Gee the time flies and with quarterlies as well. Glad you are back safe and sound.
I team teach twice a week Combat and fill in emergency teaching where I can. I also try to squeeze in a BP class as a participant and I'm now trying to do a new GI Zone once a fortnight with a PT friend and some other participants. ( Like a circuit work out) Also I did the Beep test for the first time on Saturday and have been a bit buggard ever since. I have a BC to teach tonight, so I can stretch my body out then.
How was the country side in Ireland? Did you take any snaps, I would love to see them.
Hope you have recovered a bit from teaching. You'll be back into it in no time.

sounds like you had an awesome time! i cant believe you got back and the nxt day taught omg your insane! my holidays have been very busy - not the slighest bit bored- i got myself two vive classes and a new gym job that covers reception, program wriiting and assessments through to P>Ting my own clients i can get from there and teaching circuit classes, i had auditions for vive which i got 2 more classes from starting in mid september when the gym opens and then i started uni back last week - i have 4 subjects; biomechanics, history of sport , psychology an sociology - it is a 13 wk long term so im gonna be stuffed at the end of it - i may also be taking on the combat module here in october - still yet to decide if it is the right time to do it (we'll see how uni goes) and my gym that im working multi jobs in wants me to do a cycle course for them so again we;ll see how time etc,,, goes
Do you have your Q soon? mine is in 2 weeks cant wait for it.

Hi Lovely - hope you enjoy your time in Ireland. Do you have family there?
I'm happy just to teach Combat for the moment. I work full time, so it's hard to focus energy on one program let alone two. Hope you enjoy your holiday and I'll hear from you when you get back.

im so in envy of u.. going overseas ha. meanwhile ill be stuck here bored most likely... kinda wishing i took on jams training this weekend - wud of given me something new to play with.
i no what u mean regarding the freak out sometimes we get when we hve to learn new releases whilst studying n u have more programs than me.:P
Have heaps of fun on ur trip, let me no how it is when u get a chance.
