Hello Les Mills peeps! My name is Mitch and I teach Bodypump and RPM at Gold's Gym Max in Auburn. Whether I'm spinnin' up a sweat in RPM or throwin' around some heavy steel in Bodypump I LOVE my job! I enjoy helping people, making new friends, pushing them to work hard, and helping them understand that there's no substitute for hard work!
I also really enjoy the relationships I have had a chance to build over the years with my participants since I've had this AWESOME JOB!
In addition to fitness, my other interests include hanging out with my family and friends, traveling, AU Football, other sports, and trying new things.

Angie May	Yes, I teach at the Max in Columbus:) I love it there! Had an outside class of 68 peeps yesterday and we wore devil costumes! Sounds corny, but it was a blast:) I do love college football, (SEC all they way) but no fav teams in particular. Auburn has always been good to me when I feel like having a good time so I tend to lean that way! Great to meet you Mitch!

Heather	Hi, Mitch, it's nice to meet you as well! I am an SEC football fan, but I don't bleed blue. :) (One of the few in the Bluegrass, haha.) I am a HUGE college sports fan and enjoy watching a good game and don't really pull in any certain direction. As for basketball, however, I tend to pull for Vandy, since my husband played there. Keep spreading the Les Mills love!!! Stay strong, Heather
