April 2008 Well, I guess I should finally revise my profile write-up as I no longer live in Arizona. Life has been great and very busy since last November when I left the wonderful position I had as Group Fitness Manager at Fitness Works' Mesa, AZ facility. I sincerely miss all the Group Fitness Trainers I had the pleasure to work with. They're a great bunch of professionals who I have the honor to call friends.

Christina and I (see pictures) were married in November '07, we went to Hawaii in December and we moved to Rhode Island in January (road trip with two cats...what fun!) I also ran two half marathons with my daughter Nicole: PF Chang in AZ in Jan and ING in Atlanta in March. (Christina's family lives in Atlanta.) We had a great time and improved our time by 18 minutes in Atlanta.

When I learned we were moving to RI with Christina's position, I of course looked for Les Mills gyms and at first there weren't any in the state. BUT, the owners of two Gold's gyms here in the Providence area are bringing in BodyPump and hopefully more formats soon thereafter. One of the gyms is only 6 miles down the road and I am now employed there as a Personal Trainer and soon, as a BP instructor. The training for new instructors is next month and the launch will be soon thereafter. So the journey continues.

May 31, 2008 Went to the LMNE Quarterly in Haverhill, MA. Amazing time with great friends, old and new.

June 2008 Became Director of Personal Training at the Gold's Gym here in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Preparation for the Body Pump Launch commences.

July 24, 2008 BodyPump Launch day is finally here on the 26th. 4 Sold Out Classes scheduled. More details and hopefully pictures to follow soon.

July 26, 2008 The BodyPump launch was a huge success. Four(4) packed classes and loads of fun. The team did a tremendous job. I should be getting some pictures up soon. Since the launch (today is 8/07), we've had packed classes in almost every time slot and even had to turn some away. Next up...the Super Quarterly in NY.

August 23, 2008 The Super Quarterly in NY was amazing. All the Program Directors were there from NZ. About 750 or more in BP was an incredible experience. Unbelievable energy in every class. Had to be there. Next up: Grand Opening here at Gold's, Pawtucket on the weekend of 19-21 September with our own outdoor BodyPump event.
