My Bio: I am an instructor with both the YMCA and Gold's Gym in Woodbury, Minnesota. I teach Body Step, Body Pump, Kick Boxing, and Zumba. I am headed for Body Jam next! I am the mom of 3 boys (15, 10, and 7) and am married to a great guy named Tom (15 years now!). I was never (that's right, I said never) physically active until about 3 years ago when I lost 103 pounds. I discovered that the secret to maintaining my weight loss was exercise and lots of it! Like all passionate people, I replaced one addiction with another and became a true fitness lover.

I have been teaching about 3 years and strive to help others as my instructors/ mentors helped me! I want others to love fitness and feel like they can acheive their goals to be fit! I want to help them have a life long journey of healthy choices and happiness.
