KIA KAHA!!!!!!

Hello!! So we are getting ready to launch Bodystep 73 this Saturday at Powerhouse Gym in Utica, NY. It is Powerhouse's 18th year being open...so we are partying big for this. Anyone wanting to come please feel free...we begin at 9am and go straight through till 2:30pm with a party afterwards at the gym. So let's ....

Hey ya'll! My name is Mary ... aka Katie.... and I am an avid workout fan. I have a Masters degree in Public Health...and am all about increasing health in our community and world. I live to enjoy life... and now hope to pass this passion on while I teach BodyStep at Powerhouse Gym.

I currently live in Marcy, NY and just moved back here recently from South Carolina. I went to graduate school down there, and came back to be near family, and my best friend and love of my life, Ken. We have three "kids", Millie, Sula, and Raydar....three great dogs that keep us very entertained. We are always on the go....for we love to take advantage of all the time we have!

As for my work life, I am now a certified Body Step instructor, and hopefully soon Body Pump and Body Combat instructor. I also work for Upstate Cerebral Palsy as a Residence Manager and love the people and clients I work with, they are all amazing and motivational in their own unique ways.

You should get a message saying "your crap sent on this date"... Mine was sent out on the 26th and I ordered it on the 24th so it should be there soon... Or else I will just have to teach you 73 myself :D
