Qualified To Teach

I have been teaching group exercise classes since 1979 right out of high school. In the beginning it was free-style aerobics, slimnastics (or floor/mat work) and teaching with records (45s and 33s)....anybody remember those???? LOL

I am very happy to have made it to this present time in the fitness industry where we have certifications and much much more KNOWLEDGE of any form of exercise compared to what we knew in the early 80's.

I now teach and am certified in YogaFit, Kickbox, Cycle, Step and Rep Reebok and now I have PASSED my very first 3-day Body Pump training workshop..YAY!!!! on July 1, 2007 and also passed my Body Combat 3-day training in january 2009...YAY!!!

I have been married to my husband, Bill, since September 1, 1994 and we have three wonderful daughters Lauretta, Veronica, and Madeline. I am also the proud owner of Mia and Greenlee (our two dogs)

I am a school bus driver for Washington County Public Schools and I have 4 schools on my daily route....wew!!!

My next goal is to go thru training for Body STEP.....ASAP..CAN'T WAIT!! Body Attack, Body Flow and RPM....

Availability

I am available to teach Body Pump and Body Combat during the day or evening.

Hey, Marian! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. It would be really awesome if you came to see us at the Y. Mary and I teach BodyCombat on Thursday mornings at 9:00 am. If your looking for something else, I'm doing Pump on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 and Step on Sunday mornings at 10:05 am. Let me know when you want to do it, and I'll make sure there is a guest pass for you!
