Les Mills Super Quarterly..INTENSE..750 PPL CLASS..NEW USA RECORD FOR GGX..such a inspiring event..met so many ppl..from all around New England and over seas..Glen..Dan..Becky..Philip Mills..i mean it was truely truely a privledge to be part of something that huge and exciting..to bad we dont do it once a month..

Just got back from the q1 in Feb..HUGE event..learned alot from don and angel..thank you guys for that bit of knowlege..everyone in the Les Mills community..go to a quarterly..for yourself and for your club to take back..

something i learned at training on my weekend i got certified ill never forget as a person and as a club manager..say a tridmill cost a guy $4,000 and only a few ppl a day use that tridmill..with $500 a year membershps..6 ppl say gets you even for the cost of that machine..

now..make a ggx room the size that can fill 50-70 ppl..all paying $500 a year for a membership..that room just profited you $75,000-$85,000 and that is only for ONE CLASS..put that class on the schudale for weeek 5-6 times..IMAGINE..

Just got back from the Q2 IN THE BIG HOUSE..POUGHEPESSE .WITH THE DON..IT WAS AWESOME..4 classes..HUGE LIFT ON BENCH MID DAY..LUNCH AND SPIN WITH DAN COHEN..AKA..VAUX..TRUELY A WEEKEND TO NOT FORGET..THANKS FOR EVERYTHING GUYS..MUCH LOVE AND APPREICATION.
