I'm sooo sorry I haven't checked this in awhile, so I just got your message.
I just made my video--I think it's going great...we'll see how the assessors think its goin haha ;]
are you teaching step now too?? that's so cool.
i miss combat sooo bad. ugh!

Hi Michelle, its nice to see the YM branching out. I live in the Bel Air Maryland area. I teach cycling, step, and abs at the newly built Y in abingdon ( a suburb if Bek Air). Perhaps they'll get the LM fever also.
When is your launch? I've been teaching LM programs for the last 5 years. I usually teach in the morning because I'm a technologist at Wellspan Health in York P.A. during the evening. I have a busy and eventful life. I credentialled in Flow and Attack last year with distinction. we just launched my 4 programs at Golds Gym Bel Air last week. It is always a blast.
Might visit if I'm up your way perodically.

good to hear from you
We launched 2 weeks ago and it was a challenge learning 4 formats but I've finally mastered all the chory and have team taught and solo taught BP, BS, BC and BA
Get that Attack tape in girl!
I know its gotta be a pain but it will feel so good to get it over with
Are you going to the Q4 quarterly in NJ?
I'm thinking about it, have to plan soon so will let you know
Nursing a torn rotator cuff and trying to be good about it but its so hard!
Keep up the great work

Hi Michele!
I just launched BP at Midway Fitness this month and hope to get another trainer soon. I could possibly help launch and sub- bt until I get more help at my gym I will be pumped out! I have Combat and Flow though and would be more than happy to offer those too. Let me know and congratulations on your new freedom!
