My Favourite Programs

I've been a participant in Les Mills group fitness for 2 years, and by far, those past 2 years have been the happiest of my life. Les Mills has changed me in so many ways!

My favourite programs are Body Jam, RPM and Body Pump, though I also do a bit of Body Balance and Step/Pump, the hybrid of Body Step and Body Pump.

I am very privileged to be in the home of Les Mills group fitness. Apparently you see snippets of me on the BJ46 DVD, (front row, baby!) and hopefully I will also make it onto the BJ47 and BJ48 DVDs. (I swear, it's like being famous :-D)

30/10/2008 - I attended the Body Pump 69 and Body Jam 48 filmings last night and had a BLAST!

03/11/2008 - I went along to my first Body Combat filming and had a butt kicking good time!

JustJess	Thanks for adding me :) I enjoy reading your blogs & appreciate (and share) your passion for Jam! Your "teasers" on the upcoming releases have me very impatient to see them -- of course, we're actually two behind where you are (on 46 in Jam, 37 in Combat) so I've got awhile to wait!

Kate	Thanks for replying, I too am a LM class fanatic, do at least 8 a week plus a couple of gym sessions set for me by Zoe before she left. Our loss of them is your gain. We miss them both very much, so take care of them !!! Have a great weekend

Rose	Too right you are... As a matter of fact, there's a party at the end of the day, so sleeping will indeed be tough. But hey, sleeping is soooooo overrated :D Will definitely let you know about the whole thing afterwards!!

*blushing* Heehee! Marshy, you're too kind!! But seriously, that danceworkshop I signed up for... No-one knows what we're going to do, so for all I know it's some hardcore freestyle thing where I can just stand there and watch with my jaw dropped, hehe. Oh nooooo!!

What will also be interesting is HOW I will manage doing all those classes one after the other... Wonder whether I'll be able to walk the next day, or even move at all actually...
