Thanks for the add! It was great to hear from you. I know that you are a keen Body Jammer - we don't have Jam where I live but i just participated in my first class that is supposed to be equivalent to BJ - oh my goodness I was terrible!! I think I should stick to Body Step!!

Yesterday i went to the lesmills quarterly
for rpm 45 and im so totally in love with it !!
Tracks 1 till 9 are amazing !!!
can't wait to launch it in januari.
how cool by the way, to be a witness of the first lesmills wedding proposal!!
but more than that, how cool to be on the guestlist for filming
and when you think that nobody's gonna look back, your name is called to join
the club !!!

If someone would ask me what i would like to have
for my birthday tomorrow.
i'd say:" A month staying in New zealand please !! "
reading your blogs i wonder what the new releases would be like,
what it feels like to follow classes from the program directors
and the guest instructors.
well maybe someday...
anyways, i totally rocked that part once, when you wrote
about Dan Cohen from the Bodycombat, participating in a step class.
That must have been a funny thing to see ( kinda odd but funny :D )
anyways... what releases are you doin there at the moment?
in Januari we're gonna start with RPM 45 and bodystep 78.
and bodyjam something.. i dont go to that class often because
im only making fun of myself by showing other participants how
you shouldn't be doing it :D
