So grateful for the privilege and the opportunity to find this dimension of fitness- beyond the mundane 5K runs on a treadmill staring into space and the struggle with my inner-athlete to complete one more set or head for the door. If only everyone could experience this kind of inspiration as they journey toward their fitness goals!!

Oh, the "hunk in the photo"? That's Brady Quinn- now playing for the Cleveland Browns- former Notre Dame QB. It doesn't get better than that!!!

Hey Maureen,

Thank you sooo much for rockin' it with me at Redmond. You did far more than your share of smiling :)

I'm glad you enjoyed BP 66. It's definitely going to be a favorite of mine.

Keep liftin'...keep smiling :)

Hi Maureen! Thank you for the wishes. I kind of bought my own workout clothes and got jewelry from the kids.... that may be better than w/o clothes! Hope all is well with you and have a great day!

HI Maureen
That was just a most beautiful message. Thank you. I honestly am so lucky...I really have the best job in the world.

Hope you and the family are well.
Take care and train hard!

WHo is that big hunk stretching in your photos? Definately a future BP teacher...I would surely be available to train him!
