Qualified To Teach

Hello Everyone!

I first fell in love with Body Pump years ago after taking it for the first time. I got certified in it December 2005.

I recently moved from Erie, PA where I taught Body Pump and Step Aerobics at Nautilus Fitness Center to Roanoke, VA. I fell in love with the Gold's Gym North Roanoke and began teaching Body Pump here.

After taking a few Body Combat classes here and being inspired and in awe of the instructors, thinking wow I want to be like that, I am happy to announce today 3/29/09 I completed Body Combat training!

I love the Les Mills programs and have a confession to make: I have the biggest crush on Dan Cohen the Body Combat program director!
