I received a PASS at my Attack training this past weekend and boy my cheeeks are sore! I think you know which cheeks. :)
I was assigned track #4! I love that one!!

Attack is going great. We are launching in 2 weeks. It is really kicking my butt! I love it though! What a work out!
My sister and I are thinking about comming to Morton in July, I will let you know!
I just went through Flow training too! I love that as well! Such a great compliment to everything that we already have. So peaceful yet challenging!

Hey cutie! So good to hear from you. I'm glad you are still rockin the classes out at Morton. I swear one of these days I'm going to get back out there! I am waiting to get the BA in the mail any day now - I hope it's a great one! I'll be in Chicago for the Super in October - but won't be there in June since I'll be in NY.
