but the workout was top notch and it could have been better if I knew the movements with a bit more fluentcy

Hear Attack launch was a big success last night. From what I could see it looked like a great turn out!! I think your Monday crowd missed ya in Pump last night. I had a great time and hope to do ya proud! Remember, this crazed pump instructor got her start from your inspiration!

Ramona, I could not for the life of me figure out how I knew you, but it just HIT me! We went through Attack training together! It must of been the experience that that caused the loss of memory. Attack training is truly one of the most difficult and challenging! Stay Strong and next time I see you at a quarterly, I will now know! Barb

I need to practice Body Jam to like it more, since I definately am not a dancer. But it was great to try it out. And the presenters look awesome doing it! It was great to see you, Barb and Ann too. Have fun with Attack 62!

Hey Ramona! I'm doing well. This week is exceptionally busy/crazy with softball, volleyball and the RPM launch (oh my!)! All I can say is that I'm pretty sure Friday night you'll be able to find me vegging out on my couch with a glass of wine and a glazed look on my face! :o)
