Things are great! my gym just launched jam for the first time and our members LOVE it... so we are looking forawrd to seeing where things go with it. As for all the other programs, combat, pump, flow, vive, rpm, and step... they are doing great! :)

Things are going very well in Nevada City at South Yuba Club. The class has more than doubled in the six months since my co-instructor, Kara, and I have started the program. We love it! Take care.

Hey Jeff-
I am going to the quarterly and the "boss" wanted to go but it is his b-day weekend and he is already going to Tahoe. I'm taking two other instructors with me and we are getting there by Thursday night. Hope to meet you there...u know what I look like but I wont know what you look like!
