Qualified To Teach

Hello, I love to talk so this may be a bit long.... I have been teaching group fitness classes since I was 16 and I started teaching Les Mills Programs with Combat #18! I am now certified in Combat, Pump, Flow and Attack. I will soon be Step certified since I am a Les Mills junkie! I am also the Group Fitness Director for the Fayetteville Athletic Club and I love my team!!!

Outside of fitness, I am a pretty boring 25 year old. I spend most of my free time playing tennis and hanging out with my puppy (the cutest dog in the entire world, there will be pics soon!). I am really high energy, I walk fast but I talk faster!

I am known as the blonde american girl with the massive crush on Steve Renata. Now, I am not the type of person that whoowhos (not sure if that is a word) or screams at men when they take their shirts off. However, two years ago during a quarterly (I love how I act like I don't remember the exact quartlery or bicep track when this event all took place, Dallas Pump #54) all of the men on stage ripped off their shirts and I lost it. From that moment on, I have made it my mission to get Steve in Arkansas and relive that moment. I think I really showed my true colors to my team that day. I almost stepped on one of them as I scrambled to get my camera while yelling somthing along the lines of 'take it off"! So while other people talk about their most inspirational Les Mills moment of shedding 100 pounds or reaching lifetime goals. My moment is all about a shirtless Steve!

Holly	Hey Mica! I just wanted to thank you for always letting me come to the classes at FAC whenever I am in Fayetteville...which lately has been every weekend! Fuel Fitness	Hey Mica! I just thought I would let you know we are having an open training for BodyPump here at fuel June 15-18 and an RPM training June 30 through July 1. If you are like me I am always looking for great instructors. The registration is online!! Send em if you got em!
