How are things going your way? Teaching any classes? Things are going good here. We got a new GFM who seems to really know what she's doing, we didn't have a lot of structure at our club so hopefully things come together nicely! Coming up this way at all soon?

Oh, Pump and Combat are my favo. I teach lots of other classes in my club, but these are the ones I just can't wait during the week ;)
And about facebook, actually I just didn't knew about this site (yes,really))), 'cuz I have a page on the 'just the same' Russian site, but I think i'll get an account on facebook to stay in touch with my foreign friends ;) i'll do it when i'll have just a lil more free time, i think the next week ;)
I suppose,you have your page?)

Wow.. sounds like you are juggling alot there. Luckily, my Les Mills addiction came a few months after I finished grad school, so I wasn't too stressed out.
Our club is adding Attack in November, which means we'll have everything but RPM and Vive, so yes we are a big happy Les Mills family. Jam is a really fun class. I have no rhythm, but it is still a blast.

Thanks...It's a great place to instruct at, but I'm sure your club is just as nice. A few launches back we did Survival of the Fittest and had everyone dress up in camo. Good times...
So you have Body Pump, thinking about any other programs? Combat is an amazing complement to Pump.
Anyway, always great to make new Les Mills friends, so thanks for the add.
