I am a Fresh n Funky BTS Coach and LOVING IT!! I absolutely love what i do every day & even more so that it has taken me all around the world - I was the first qualified coach to take BodyJam to the U.A.E Middle East - were now there is over 80 qualified BJ Coaches. I am currently now living & working back home in my home country, Sunny Scotland - North Lanarkshire, with my better half Amro - whom i met in the middle east, he's Egyptian & is my rock, we got married 2005

Apart from all that - i am a Passionate coach - who delivers 5 star deliverance on all my classes - i currently teach 14+ classes per week - Body Jam, Body Pump, Body Step & Body Balance & Lots of freestyle fitness classes too.

I love to help my members achieve their goals - with LOTS of Fun,Sweat and Tears ( of joY and laughter!!)
I am passionate about cultures, countries & languages - hence why i have worked all over the world - on board Luxury Cruise ships to Thee Luxurious Middle East.

And i still gota get to more corners of the globe - taking my International Qualifications with me all the way & my Continual Education is always a MUST
Update - 0n my 2nd yr of my HND In Fitness ,Health & Exercise, then nxt Sept Napier University to get my Degree in Sports Science - Sports Injuries. For my long term goal to become a Health & Fitness Lecturer - Happy Dayz!!

been on holiday in turkey 1st - 16th of july so just got yr msg :)

at the mo.... off uni and lost my classes in stirling ( place shut down )

so teachin for fitness first southside just now and covering for south lan.... any cover give me a shout :P

u know im the exact same the price of petrol and everythin else in the uk is shit!!! im outta here soon as i graduate! haha

I agree things just seem to cost so much now,especially now we have to pay for the DVD'S
How does the money compare for instructors in
Dubai?are the workshops as expensive?

jeni	Hi Kit Thanks for ur message, yeah a lot of the names u mentioned are still here... See u did ships too b4 ADHFC, I did Steiner, so this as a comparison is luxury!! Thats great ur enjoying urself now post adhfc!!! This place is unique in soooo many ways, i'm sure u know what i mean!!!! Let us know if u do make it out for a visit.. Happy jamming jeni xx
