How bad or far out would it be suggest Metallica's "No Leaf Clover" from S&M as a standing strength track for Body Flow. The combination of the symphony and Metallica has some serious ENERGY.

OK, I've been tagged, so I'll play along...

Six little known facts:
1] I grew up in Oswego, NY on the shore of Lake Ontario. Lived in NY my whole life until 2002 when we moved to Denver, PA.

2] Grew up on a small farm that had all the traditional farm animals at one time or another. I have fond memories of bottle feeding neglected lambs.

3] Played the trumpet from 3rd grade through High School in symphonic, wind ensemble and marching band.

4] Left High School after my Junior year and went to Clarkson University to start my BS in Electrical Engineering, which is still my day time job although there is a good dose of mechanical stuff too.

5] I LOVE peanut butter and eat about a jar during the work week for breakfast and lunch. I often joke that everyone has heard of the "Atkins Diet" well someday I'll publish the "Adkins Diet" based heavily on peanut butter and whole wheat bread.

6] I played a variety of sports growing up but baseball was always my passion. My favorite position was pitching and being left handed with a pretty live arm was a definite advantage. I always tried to get jersey #13. I've never had a Dr look at my shoulder but I think I messed up my rotator cuff from excessive pitching.
