I just wanted to drop you a line and say "Wassup!" I really enjoyed the jam class forever and a day ago and hope to Jam with you next time I'm in Seattle.

Great to hear from you, and thanks so much for literally running around for us (i.e., camera cords etc.) You were a life saver.
Getting geared up to head to the Trainer Summit with Anna soon. Yippee!

Hey Carrie,
Good to hear from you! Thanks so much for your encouragement! I'd love to come up some Saturday for your Combat class. I am co-teaching this Saturday for Pump, so it probably won't be this weekend. Nonetheless, I would love come up there sometime soon!

GREAT bodyjam class last night! You are SO much fun! I wanted to see if we can re-schedule my team teaching on Tuesday night? Instead of the 7th, can we do Tuesday night the 14th? I didn't realize I had my niece's birthday party to go to next Tuesday night (7th) in Bellevue.

Hey Carrie,
I am a friend of Kate's at Gold's Gym Redmond. I've took a Friday morning Combat class from you back in June or something like that and think you are fabulous! I just ran across your profile and wanted to let you know that. Anytime we need a sub at our gym, they should call you up! Haha. Anyway, I thought I'd say hey. I am going to BodyPump training this weekend and am so excited about it. Pump and Combat are my two fave classes, so I thought I'd start with Pump, see how it goes... then maybe go after Combat or Attack. I hope to see you around soon!
