Terry you rock. Love the before and after pic. A friend of mine is putting one of me together. I had Lost 75 to 79lb, 7yr to 6 yr ago. A friend asked me to go to a kickboxing class and thats when I fell in love with COMBAT and I havn't looked back. Keep it up you PICS look good!!!

Pain pushes us to question everything. So question who it is that you want to be and what kind of life experience you want.

Thought you'd like to know the BV7 is really enjoyable the Warmup is to the theme of love boat and be ready to salute the captain (a bit corny, but it works).

Did the class at the quarterly on Sunday and really enjoyed it.

The ladies just did the Body Flow Practice Launch at our club this morning. I enjoyed it except for one problem...how do I get my knee out of my ear so I can walk again???? GRIN
