BODYPUMP is my main addiction, with BODYCOMBAT and BODYFLOW as a close shared second. I live it. I breathe it. There is nothing better than the burning sensation in every muscle - only silenced by the beat of the music and a pounding heart - and perfectly balanced out by the centered focus and calmness of the serenity of recovery.
I can't wait to be part of the future within Les Mills. I love every new release. I enjoy seeing Les Mills grow and develop. I have been to New Zealand and have felt how strong and powerful the concept is there - after more than 15 years interlationally, we have only just started the jorney.

Within long I will be moving to Ontario, Canada to study full time. The perfect "spare time job" for me will always be teaching BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and BODYFLOW - so what am I looking for??
I am looking for GoodLife Fitness Clubs in Toronto who needs someone to need an inspired and motivated instructor for evening and weekend classes - and of course I will be taking extra classes durings holidays and breaks. As a bonus I teach free style Spinning as well.
As I don't live in Canada just yet, I am working on preparing for the job by taking all necessary courses and certifications.
