well i last month i was seek and took 14days seek leave i just started my duty from 1st sep...i still have to do bodypump 40 and our quaterly work shop is little delay it will be on october any date...... waiting for bodycombat 41 material......
but when u come will do 40 ill be ready for that....... and also bodypump team teach with master trainer karin.

Hello Henrik!
Autumn here is so beautiful. We don't yet have the turning leaves but the days are marvelous...highs of 80s and lows in 50s with cloudless blue skies. I'm truly enjoying every day.
BC 37 is great and I'm launching at both gyms next month. Totally digging all the legwork... I need it!
The picture you took is amazing... so talented. :)
Here is one of me at the gym a week ago. Getting back into shape after goofing off too much this summer. Hey have you heard anything about Global Summit 09 yet? Really hoping to go this time!
