My name's Neil and I'm from Manila. I am an avid fan of the Body Combat and the RPM. Body Combat is what I like the most. With my gym buddies Edwin Ramos, Jeff Mendoza, Garnet Salem and Kristine Tangco, we try to conquer the BC program where ever we go. We always try to give it our best shot so as to inspire others to not just attend the classes but to develop form and endurance. I learn from my friends all the time and to the instructors who actually go out of their way to teach the proper form. Cheers to Dan and Rach Cohen for bringing Body Combat to the world!!! To our fellow body combat followers all over the globe, hope to get to work with you someday.
