Hey Ned,
It was so great to meet fellow Les Mills junkies this weekend! I really enjoyed training with you in Mukilteo. Your shoulder and backs tracks were inspiring. I dig your calm tone and your sense of humor. You made the training a little more light-hearted. Thanks for all your encouragement. You really helped me out on that lunge track... I still don't know how I screwed up so bad on that the first time. You saved my bacon! ;) Second time around... was much better huh?
Thanks again for the fun times. You will be a wonderful Pump instructor! I'll have to take a trip up to Stanwood sometime!
