Erica, how ya doing Hun, you getting bumpy yet? Had a lot of fun at the TC sess last week even though Iwas a teeny bit worse for wear;-) I appeared to have the co-ordination of a fly in custard. That Kata was really nice tho.

Ps Re. above, been practising like a dog, all my instructors been fab and letting me teach my assessment tracks at class and Donna Morton don't know if you know her she been going over technique with me, everybody been just great, I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...........on the other hand my husband doesn't lol, work everyday and at class every night, ahhh well will make it up to him, bless him!!!

There was 10 cm of snow where I live within 2 hours of leaving you last weekend, but, don't worry its all gone now =D

I am doing the combat module with yourself in Glasgow beginning 7 February, can't wait, will be lovely to meet you.

I just passed my studio instructor course on Saturday, and its just starting to sink in that I have actually passed, and I am going to be able to go on and do more, anyway I'm rambling, hello anyway =D

Delighted to hear it!!! U can finally set up your dream now on the other side of the world!

I have to say im not a fan of 35, the music is a bit hardcore, but i think track 5 will grow on me and i LOVE track 6, the cool down is not nearly as good as 34 though!

Oh yeah, for got to tell you, I was given a cut class (45min) on Wed's since i did the training, and have been teem teaching on the Saturday class with Keith or Damy - thats the class you tought when you came over.. And im starting a new combat on a sunday at 2 all on my own!! :D the posters are deadly!! cant wait.. once ive done that a few times ill be ready for the video! :D

Hey Erica, so how did the big knot get tied in the end?? We have just completed our quarterly in 35.. not as good as 34 i dont think, but track 6 is savage!! Hope you have had a good well deserved break!!
