Hi Nichole! My name's Chad and I am in the process of becoming an instructor at Fitness Works. I've seen you on several of my friend's pages. I'm writing to ask ya your take on the Attack and Combat trainings... Those are the other 2 formats I want to teach, and I just went through the Pump training, so I'm just gathering info!

hey Nichole! I have somehow not read your message until today - so sorry!!! Glad you have taped BA :-). Let me know how it goes! Currently I teach BA only in Irvine in Custom Bodies Fitness. Next week launching new release in Long beach GG too. Good luck with learning your 2nd release :-)

Awesome - Chandler High is not far from my club at all! My class is Mondays at 5:05 pm. But I have been teaming with a ton of other instructors over my summer vacation so I'm always around. How are your classes going?
I am so jealous that you got to go to the Mega Q. I hope they do another one in the near future! :)

Hey! Good to hear from you. My class is awesome, I love it! Do you have your own combat class? I am super excited for this new release, it is AWESOME.
I did pass my video. I just got the email saying I passed, just waiting for the official results to arrive in my mailbox.
How is Attack treating you? How was the Mega Q?
